  • Bookings & Enquiries: Non-binding enquiries and booking requests can be cancelled anytime without charges.
  • Reservation Fees: Reservation or token amounts may be refundable as per the project’s specific terms. Check your booking receipt or agreement.
  • Processing Time: Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and will be returned via the original payment method.

3. Defect Claims & Disputes

If you believe a service or product (including documentation or listing information) is defective or inaccurate, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
